Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve Windber Borough residents and residents in the surrounding area with their special event venue needs.

Our staff will provide exemplary service in Special Event Planning and Coordination.  The Grand Ballroom has served the Windber Community for 117 years. And, will continue to serve the community with for decades to come.
